If you are seeing this set of icons, next to the file name instead of the icons you usually see, you will need to take additional steps to restore your ability to view files:
Please select a doc that is not pulling up. Go to the "Select View Action" and then to select "Delete View". After deleting the view log out and back in again. You should now be able to access the chart. If I can clarify or assist with anything, please let me know. I have included a screenshot to help demonstrate the process.
After completing this step log out of the website completely and log back in, you should now have access to the document you are trying to preview. Please note, you may have to perform this action for each cabinet.
