In order to continue to provide our customers with efficient and secure solutions, DocuPhase Pro will no longer offer custom PHP scripts for non-standard document management tasks. Existing scripts are considered a limited support feature.
- DocuPhase will no longer accept updates or enhancement requests to existing scripts.
- On Premise Customers: DocuPhase Pro v5 requires scripts to be upgraded to a new version of PHP. DocuPhase will not provide this script upgrade on behalf of the customer. When upgrading to Pro v5, customers should test the upgrade with their scripts. If the scripts no longer work, the available options are:
- Remain on the older DocuPhase version.
- Utilize an internal or 3rd party agent who is familiar with PHP to update your script(s). The API documentation is provided here.
- (Recommended) Proceed with the Pro v5 upgrade and no longer use the script(s).
- Cloud Customers and On Premise customers prior to v5 whose scripts no longer work may have the issue evaluated by DocuPhase support. Our support and development teams will determine if a fix is feasible and warranted.
Maintaining your own scripts does not invalidate your DocuPhase support contract. Please contact your Account Manager if you’d like to discuss supported features to meet your business needs.
