Manage License Usage Widget

You can force users that remain logged in, but are idle through the DocuPhase Pro Dashboard Tab.

1. Log into DocuPhase Pro as a Department Administrator and navigate to the Dashboard Tab.  The tabs are listed horizontally at the top of the interface
2. Select the Dashboard Configuration button.  Select a layout and a column to place the widget in.  Specify License Usage as the Widget.
    
3. Add "License Usage" Widget.  You will now have a module on your dashboard that details Users Allowed, Users Logged On and Users Remaining.  Below in blue, the logged in users are listed.
   
   
4. Click on username to force that user to be logged off
