The Binder is permissioned tool that is located at the top of the DocuPhase document center.
You can use the binder tool to export documents out of DocuPhase several ways.
Documents can be added to the binder together regardless of their location or relation to each other, meaning you can select documents from different folders and even different cabinets and combine them into one collection of documents within the binder.
To add documents to the binder you may click on the small paperclip to the left of the documents name
Or you may check the box all the way to the left of the document name and choose binder from the Select a File Action drop down menu
The number beside the binder tool will reflect the amount of documents selected
When you have finished adding all the documents click the binder link to bring up this window.
From here you have the option of combining all of the files into a single PDF document or a zip file by selecting the button next to PDF or zip below the list of files. You have the option of naming your new combined file or password protect your zip file.
You can also directly email files out of DocuPhase by selecting the email tab.
From here you add your recipients. You can check the box that says CC Myself if you would like to receive a copy of the email as well.
From here you also enter the subject of the email and the message.
You may choose to keep your attachments in their Native Format or as a single PDF, like before you have the option of naming your new document, the combination of the files above.
You also have the option of sending your attachments as a ZIP file with the additional
option of password protecting your files.
You can also select the Email Link(s) tab. This will send out a link recipients can use to access the documents.
Much like the email attachment option you select your recipients and have the option of CCing yourself, as well as composing the Subject and Message Body.
The Max Downloads controls how many times your recipients can access and download your link.
You may choose between Native Format or Zip with the option of password protecting.
Name your file and choose Generate Link and then send link.
After sending an email out of the binder with attachments or a link you will get the following popup
Finally if permissible you can use the binder to send out documents to be electronically signed by using the SIGNix tab.
