You can access your inbox by selecting the third tab labeled Inbox from the menu at the top of the screen.
From your inbox header you can select the inbox you want to view from the inboxes your have permission to see. You may also refresh the screen by selecting the refresh icon.
You may also Delete, Rename and Move (to a different inbox) documents in your inbox.
These documents will appear in a list below the inbox header.
Highlighted documents will appear in the pane to the right of the inbox
One of the most useful functions of the inbox is the ability to file documents into the Document Center without leaving your inbox. This allows the inbox to be a repository of documents. To File a document first check off the box and then under the Select a Cabinet choose where you want your file to go
Designating a cabinet will bring up the folders inside. You may select Show search button in order to search for a specific folder..
After designating your cabinet and file you must select the document type. Afterwards you will be able to file the document of start a workflow by selecting one from the drop down menu.
