- This requires logging into your Treeno Web Portal as an Administrator.
Create a Cabinet
- Go to Administration > Cabinet Functions > Create a Cabinet
- Enter the name of the Cabinet in "Cabinet Name"
- The indexes below the Cabinet Name represent the different fields that your cabinet will show. Each folder that you create in that cabinet will have a value for each of those indexes.
Change a Cabinet's Name or Indexes
- Go to Administration > Cabinet Functions > Edit Cabinet
- Change the name, indexes, and the order the indexes are displayed from this screen.
- Remember to click "Save" when done.
Change a Cabinet's Permissions / Hiding Cabinets
- Go to Administration > Cabinet Functions > Group Cabinet Permissions
- Choose the cabinet you wish to modify, and select the permission level for each group.
- Read and Write is full access, Read Only will let users see the cabinet but not change its contents, and None will hide the cabinet from that user's view.
Remove a Cabinet
- Go to Administration > Cabinet Functions > Delete Cabinet
- Click on the Target Folder's trash can and confirm at the prompt.
