DocuPhase's tool integrate with other programs to easily add and search for folders and documents.
After installation, find it in your start menu and choose treeno connect. The tool should appear at the bottom of the screen
Find the icon in your tray and select set up. The following window will pop up
You will be prompted to enter your DocuPhase credentials. Next fill in the Web Service Host and Web Site Host and make sure both SSL boxes are checked.
To connect Treeno Connect to another browser besides IE, to do this you need to download a plug in.
Go to a browser and search for Treeno Connect Extension. Download it and make sure it is connected.
After connecting you should see the bottom on the tool will now say connected to Chrome
Now your tool is ready to use. The integrated program will have information that is mapped to indexes with in DocuPhase.
Make sure the program is prominent window and choose search. This message means you must add a folder because none matched the indexes.
Select Yes and that will result of adding a Folder in DocuPhase with the information from your integration program.
Now that the folder has been found you can drag documents over the index button in Treeno Connect to add them to that folder,
From here your folder is highlighted but if you wanted to move it to a different folder you may do so now. Designate the Document Type, if needed. You may also Create a new folder or assign a workflow.
When ready to file choose check-in. Your document will upload into DocuPhase exactly as you filed if.
